Chocolate and Banana Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 gram Sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 280 ml Milk
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 30 gram Butter
- 30 gram Sugar powder
- 2 pieces Banana
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. Stir.
- In the second bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, melted butter and vegetable oil. Beat with a blender.
- Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ones and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Pastry ring or split form, 20 cm in diameter, wrap with parchment paper, put 1 banana cut into rings. It is better to put the ring on a baking sheet or base.
- Pour half of the dough.
- Put the second banana cut into rings. And pour the remaining dough on top.
- Bake in a preheated 185 degree oven for 60 minutes.
- Ready cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar decorate as desired and serve.
