Cook Time 60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 800 gram Zucchini
  • 600 gram Broccoli
  • 300 gram Carbonate You can completely use a meat nut or ham
  • 6 pieces Chicken eggs
  • 200 gram Hard cheese Cheese can be any hardness – someone likes it to melt well, and someone likes it better when the structure of grated cheese remains noticeable
  • 3 pinches Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Rye flour you can also use wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram you can also have fun with spices as your darling wants-take a proven purchased mixture or make a new bouquet of what grows in the garden. But I still recommend using a homemade mixture in dried form
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for greasing the baking tray

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into cubes with a side of about 2 cm.
  2. Salt the zucchini, grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil, distribute the zucchini on it and put it in the oven, preheated to 200°C, for 10 minutes.
  3. Then mix so that the zucchini does not burn and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the broccoli into bunches, while the long legs are also cut, preferably after removing the skin.
  5. Cut the carbonate into cubes with a side of one and a half cm.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, salt and spices.
  7. Pour this mixture to the cabbage with meat and flour, mix and spread on top of the zucchini.
  8. Sprinkle on top of the cheese, grated on a coarse grater and put in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and Golden.
