Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

If desired, you can mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
In a serving dish, spread the salad in layers:
- mass of rice with liver;
- polka dots;
- sauce;
- eggs;
- sauce;
- cheese.
Before serving, cool and let stand for 20 minutes.
