Tuna Salad Recipe

Light diet healthy salad with tuna. Very simple to prepare.

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, tear the lettuce leaves, cut the onion and dill.
  2. Cucumbers are set up with thin plates ( using a vegetable peeler).
  3. Olives (I have them home-salted) free from the seeds.
  4. Squeeze the tuna out of the excess liquid. Send it to the salad bowl.
  5. Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil with lemon juice. Pour over the salad.
  6. Bon appetit. If desired, sprinkle with wheat crackers on top.
