Dough:

Filling:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
- 200 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Melt the butter.
- Then add sugar, cocoa, flour, soda to the butter. Mix everything together. It turns out a steep dough. Does not stick to hands.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, wrap with a film and send it to the freezer for an hour.
- For the filling, mix cottage cavheese, eggs, sugar, starch, vanilla.
- Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour, rub the first part of the dough on a grater for borax. Then grease the filling and put three parts of the second dough on top. Bake in a preheated 180 ° oven for 20 minutes.
