Cottage Cheese Casserole "Shifter" Recipe
Very simple in execution and sooo delicious, just the most delicate casserole. In cold form, the casserole becomes a little denser, in warm it is the most tender-the most tender. Apples turn out to be caramel. The recipe is taken on the Internet. Thank you very much to the author! I strongly advise fans of casseroles and cottage cheese pastries to try it! And all the work - cut apples, mix cottage cheese and put in a slow cooker for an hour - everything! Trying it?

Cook Time 90 minutes
Ingredients
- 600 gram Cottage cheese homogeneous preferably
- 130 gram Sugar
- 30 gram Semolina
- 1 pinch Salt
- Vanilin to taste
- 4 pieces Apples
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- Raisins to taste
Instructions
- Cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla, semolina mix - I mixed everything in a blender with a knife attachment.
- Add the raisins as desired and mix.
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put the apples on the bottom of the bowl of the slow cooker. I added plums - there were not enough apples. If you don't want to, don't peel the apples.
- Put the curd mass on top of the apples and smooth it out. Put the bowl in the slow cooker. Cooked on the Program casserole 1 hour 5min.
- After the signal, open the lid. Let the casserole cool slightly in the slow cooker. Remove using the steamer stand. Eat warm or cool.
- I almost never eat casseroles warm, I always keep them in the refrigerator so that the casserole is compacted. I tried this one both warm and cold - it tastes better when it's warm!
