Cottage Cheese-Cream Cake with Nectarines Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 210 ml Vegetable oil
- 375 gram Cream cheese
- 240 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 20 gram Baking powder
- 5-6 pieces Nectarine
- Vanilin to taste
Instructions
- Put sugar, vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt in the bowl of the mixer.
- Cream cheese and vanilla.
- Beat well until smooth. Set aside 2/3 Cup to soak the cake.
- In the remaining mass, add the eggs and continue to beat.
- Sift the flour with baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Cut the nectarines into slices.
- Put the dough in the form. Spread the nectarine slices on top, slightly drowning them.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
- Lubricate the hot cake with cream and make punctures. Leave in the form until completely cooled.
