Cottage Cheese for Sandwiches Recipe

Cheese is delicious even without additives, but if you want your favorite herbs or seasonings-the basis for creativity is ready!

Ingredients
Curd cheese:
- 500 ml Kefir The fat content of 3.2%
- 500 ml Fermented baked milk The fat content 4%
- 300 gram Sour cream The fat content of 20-25%
Filling:
- 1 bunch Dill
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Tomato to taste
- 100 gram Chum salmon or any other red slightly salted fish
Instructions
- Freeze sour cream, fermented baked milk and kefir. Put a sieve or colander on a deep bowl and cover with folded gauze 4-6 times. Lay out the frozen dairy products and leave until completely defrosted. Cover the top with gauze.
- After complete defrosting, a cheesy mass is obtained in a gauze and whey in a bowl (later you can use it for baking)
- Mix the resulting raw mass. Curd cream cheese is ready!
- Add salt to the cheese. Divide into 2 parts. In one part add a finely chopped bunch of dill.
- Chop and add the garlic, mix.
