Ingredients
Cottage cheese weight:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese Fat content 9 %
- 20 pieces Cherries
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (20%)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Chocolate icing:
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 100 gram Butter
- 4 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and mix well. Add the cherry, having previously removed the seeds from it. I used frozen berries, after defrosting them and removing excess liquid. (If you want to get a homogeneous structure of the curd mass, whisk all the components with a blender.)
- Stir again. Divide the mass into 2 equal parts - into two plates. (I got 2 small 300 ml each and one large plate). Level the surface.
- Now let's prepare the glaze. Melt the butter over low heat, but do not bring to a boil. Add milk. Mix the sugar and cocoa separately. And, stirring intensively, enter the dry ingredients into the liquid ones. Cook until the sugar grains dissolve. Turn off the glaze and let it cool to a temperature at which touching it with a finger will be tolerable.
- Pour the glaze over the previously prepared curd mass and refrigerate for 10 minutes. This is what happens after the specified time.
