Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe
Delicious, creamy, my whole family appreciated it perfectly! The recipe I spied on the YouTube channel "Home Food. Simple, delicious, inexpensive!", with some changes. I cooked it once, and I definitely want to keep it for myself, because the whole family really liked it.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Mushrooms
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 2 pieces Processed cheese
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 liter Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Greens I have spinach, dill, parsley, to taste
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and put them to cook, add 1 tsp of salt to the water. In the original recipe, the soup is cooked in chicken broth, but I didn't have much time, so I used a cube of chicken broth.
- When the potatoes boiled, cut the cheeses and sent them to keep the potatoes company)
- The onion was cleaned and finely chopped, fried for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil, until transparent.
- Add frozen mushrooms to the onion and simmer over high heat until most of the water evaporates (7-10 minutes). I put the onion and mushrooms on a plate and set them aside for now.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the flour, fry the flour with butter, stirring for 2 minutes, over medium heat (it is important that the flour does not burn, but slightly darkened).
- Added greens, and remaining pieces of mushrooms. We wait for 5 minutes, and arm ourselves with a spoon)
