Cook Time 60 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Peanut paste (I have pieces of nuts)
- 115 gram Butter soft
- 1 piece Chicken egg large
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Brown sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 0,3 teaspoon Soda
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0,3 teaspoon Flavor lemon oil
Instructions
- Add soft butter and both types of sugar to the peanut butter (there was more sugar in the original).
- A few drops of lemon oil. Add vanilla sugar.
- When everything is mixed, beat a large egg at room temperature.
- Mix with egg and add flour with baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Knead the dough. If more flour is required for the dough, add a couple of spoons.
- Pinch off a piece of dough and roll up the balls-blanks.
- Roll out the ball into an oval or circle and put it on baking paper.
- The distance between the cookies should be made larger as it increases. Press down with a fork from above.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness) at a temperature of 180 *. I baked in portions, and the first ones were bigger.
- These are the cookies at the bottom.
- Transfer the finished cookies to cool on the board, as it is very tiny. 26 pieces turn out to be medium-sized.
