Ingredients
Dough:
- 200 gram Flour
- 150 gram Whole wheat flour
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 0,3 teaspoon Salt
- 50 gram Sugar powder
Filling:
- 125 gram Spinach
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 10 gram Butter
- Salt to taste
For lubrication:
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 15 gram Sprinkles sweet shop to taste
Instructions
- Mix the eggs with powdered sugar and whisk with a blender at low speed.
- Then add the butter, flour and salt. Knead the dough (wrap it in plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Boil 4 soft-boiled eggs and put them in cold water.
- Then put out the spinach in a frying pan with coriander in butter. (all liquid should evaporate).
- Add cottage cheese and a little salt to the spinach and mix well.
- Next, we carefully distribute the dough according to the shape, then spread out part of the spinach filling. Put the eggs in the next layer. (they need to be cut into 2 halves).
- Then spread the remaining filling over the eggs.
- Next, cover the pie with dough, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in the oven. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
