Ingredients
- 350 gram Cucumber
- 150 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 1.5 tsp Sesame
- 1/2 tsp Mustard (seeds)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp Red hot pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 clove Seasoning (Provence herbs) (for frying the leaves with garlic and herbs)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Paprika sweet
Instructions
- Cucumbers cut into thin long strips.
- Add sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper, paprika and mix. Cut the pepper into strips.
- In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds and mustard (1 min).
- Add vegetable oil to the seeds and add pepper. Fry together for another 1-2 minutes.
- Mix cucumbers and pepper, add a clove of garlic, finely chopped parsley. If there is not enough salt, you can add salt.
- Can be served immediately, can be cooled for 20 minutes in the refrigerator for infusion.
