Ingredients
Dough:
- 110 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Butter
- 4 pieces Chicken egg
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Baking powder
- 70 gram Milk chocolate
Chocolate ganache:
- 40 gram Milk chocolate / Chocolate
- 20 gram Butter
On the top:
- 1 pack Sprinkles sweet shop to taste
Instructions
- Grate the chocolate on a fine grater.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar into a strong foam.
- Then add the softened butter and continue to beat.
- Sift the flour with baking powder.
- Then gradually pour the flour into the egg-butter mass. Continuing to whisk.
- Add grated chocolate to the dough and mix well.
- Lubricate the bowl of the multivarki-pressure cooker with butter, spread the resulting dough and level it. Close the lid. Install the BAKING program. The cooking time is 1 hour. Click the "START" button. Leave the finished cake in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate and butter. Melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Mix the resulting mass well and pour it into a pastry bag.
- Transfer the cooled cake to a plate. Garnish with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with pastries.
