Cupcake "The Cloud" Recipe
The name of this cake - "Cloud" fully corresponds to its airy structure, and, in my opinion, even the ease of its preparation! ))) I liked the result so much that after cooking it once, I bake it quite often! Perfect for a children's afternoon tea or for a family breakfast!

Ingredients
- 220 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Flour
- 100 gram Potato starch
- 125 ml Water
- 120 ml Vegetable oil
- 3 pieces Egg
- 10 gram Dough baking powder
- 1 gram Vanilla sugar
- 2 gram Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest (zest of one lemon, optional)
Instructions
- Everything is prepared not simply, but very simply! Therefore, we immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Prepare a cupcake mold with a tube in the center - brush well with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Use a blender to prepare the dough. Although it is possible manually, with the help of a whisk! So, break the eggs into a blender bowl, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Turn on the blender and whisk everything for 1 minute.
- Continuing to beat, pour in water and vegetable oil (I prefer to use peanut butter, but you can take corn).
- Then sift flour, potato starch, baking powder and vanilla. Add lemon zest.
- Turn on the blender again and whisk everything.
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. In any case, check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer.
- Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then put the pie on the grill and let it cool completely. I think that this cake can easily be poured with any favorite glaze, or you can just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
