Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 120 gram Butter
- 3 drops Flavor Chocolate flavor
- Chocolate flakes chocolate drops, to taste
For the cream:
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1/2 jar Condensed milk
- 180 gram Butter
- Dark chocolate For cooking shavings, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the chicken egg (2 PCs.), add sugar (100 gr.). Beat the egg-sugar mixture until white.
- Then add sour cream (100 gr.)
- Then add the baking powder. Beat the mixture.
- Next, add the Chocolate flavor (3 drops) and melted butter (120 gr.)Beat the mixture well again.
- Gradually, in portions, enter the total amount of flour (200 gr.). mix the Mixture.
- Then add the chocolate drops to the batter. Stir the mixture.
- Put the prepared dough in capsules and send the form to the oven preheated to t180-190C for baking. Total number of cupcakes (9 PCs.)
- Bake cupcakes until Golden and ready, check readiness with a wooden splinter.
- For the cream: 180g. softened butter at room temperature mixed with 1/2 ban. condensed milk. Beat the mixture with a mixer until evenly smooth, then add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, if desired, you can add more cocoa powder. Beat the cream well again. Using a pastry bag with a nozzle, release the cream on the finished cooled cupcakes. Sprinkle the cupcakes with chocolate chips.
