To be honest, I didn't think that something sensible would come out of a minimum of products. But the cupcakes turned out just delicious! Honey, moderately sweet, high and airy.

  2. Mix the flour with baking soda and sift into a cup. Stir with a whisk until smooth. The dough should turn out without lumps, fluid - a little thinner than the dough for pancakes.
  3. You can add your favorite dried fruits and nuts to this dough.
  4. Pour into the molds about 2/3 of the height - the cupcakes will rise perfectly. Bake at a temperature of 200 * C until a beautiful brown color. By time - about 20 min.
  5. Let it cool down a little in the mold, take it out.
