Ingredients
Casserole:
- 340 gram Cottage cheese crumbly 5%
- 220 gram Apple
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Orange zest to taste
- Vanilin to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Additionally:
- Butter for coating the mold
- Flour wheat / Flour for dusting the mold
Instructions
- Grate the zest from the orange into the curd. If not essential, add sugar to taste.
- Peel the sweet apples and grate them on a fine grater.
- Punch cottage cheese with zest with an immersion blender. Add the grated apples, vanilla, cinnamon and egg. Stir. Put in a form ( I have 18 x 7.5), oiled and sprinkled with flour. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until ready.
- Allow to cool in the form. Don't touch the hot one, or it'll fall apart. Remove from the mold, turning it over on a plate. It is better to let it stabilize longer, for example, let it stand overnight in the refrigerator. Cut the cooled casserole and serve.
