Curd Dessert Recipe
Cottage cheese is very useful, it is an excellent base for dessert. When replacing sour cream with ryazhenka, the caloric content decreases and the taste improves. Cooking is fast, simple, and easy. Ingredients
Cottage cheese:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- 200 ml Fermented baked milk
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 gram Sugar powder
- 20 gram Gelatin
- 1/2 glass Raspberries to taste
- 3 pieces Apricot
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries. Raspberries can be used from freezing.
- Mix the gelatin with the milk and let it swell for 5-10 minutes.
- Beat the fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, and powdered sugar.
- Heat gelatin to 65-70 degrees, DO not BOIL! Pour into the curd mass. Beat again thoroughly.
- Put a third of the mass in a silicone mold, put raspberries on it.
- Another 1/3 of the curd mass and pieces of peach.
- Cover with the remaining curd mass.
- Cookies and peanuts are crushed into crumbs.
- Add the pieces of butter and beat until smooth.
- Apply the mass from above. Put in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours to stabilize.
- To serve, cover the dessert with a serving dish, carefully turn it over and remove the form.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve.
