Cutlets from Boiled Breast Recipe
Cutlets on the Christmas table are present in almost every home. I want to share my version with you. A few years ago I found it on the Internet, I still use it. The uncomplicated and unusual taste of these cutlets will surprise and delight you and your guests.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Chicken fillet boiled
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 4 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 1 bunch Dill
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Onions, chicken breast and eggs are sent to a food processor. Rub thoroughly until smooth.
- Add salt, finely chopped dill, oat flakes and sour cream to the resulting mass. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
- Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry quickly on both sides.
