Cutlets on the Christmas table are present in almost every home. I want to share my version with you. A few years ago I found it on the Internet, I still use it. The uncomplicated and unusual taste of these cutlets will surprise and delight you and your guests.

  1. Onions, chicken breast and eggs are sent to a food processor. Rub thoroughly until smooth.
  2. Add salt, finely chopped dill, oat flakes and sour cream to the resulting mass. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry quickly on both sides.
