  3. Divide the dough into 4 parts. From each mold, form a cake with a thickness of 7-8 mm. Using the mold, cut out the circles.
  4. Heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil. Put the curd dough in a frying pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Ready-made donuts with cheese are spread on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. If desired, cottage cheese donuts can be decorated with powder and served with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Enjoy your tea.
