Eggplant Snack Recipe
In the season of fresh herbs and vegetables, I offer you a simple, but very tasty snack! It is prepared in a matter of minutes! Especially true in the country. Perfect even as a side dish for meat or poultry, delicious and while warm and when already cold!

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Dutch cheese
- 1 bunch Greens
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt
- Spices to taste
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
Instructions
- Cut the zucchini into strips and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until Golden. Salt, add spices. I salted with Svan salt and did not use any additional salt or spices.
- Add the grated cheese, garlic, and finely chopped herbs passed through the press. I took dill, coriander and parsley.
- Fill with sour cream.
- You can serve it on toast, on bread, on ordinary bread, in pita bread. The appetizer is very tasty and light, despite the fried zucchini.
