Eggs stuffed with Ham and Cheese Recipe
Stuffed eggs, in my opinion, is one of the simplest and fastest snacks that exist. You can fill the halves with a variety of pate, salad or mousse. The advantage of this snack is that the serving is portioned and at the same time-small. This filling was made for the first time, my husband and I really liked it. It turned out to be gentle and satisfying!

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Egg
- 100 gram Ham
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 1 tsp Sour cream
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the eggs.
- Split the peeled eggs in half, remove the yolk.
- Place the egg yolks, cheese and ham in the bowl of the food processor.
- Grind with a "knife" attachment.
- In a matter of seconds, a homogeneous mass was obtained.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the halves of the protein.
