False Mussels from Prunes Recipe
Stuffed prunes with garlic and cheese filling is a very spicy snack! The sweetness of dried fruits is perfectly combined with cheese and a sharp note of garlic. The name comes from the external resemblance to mussels. It is prepared quite simply and quickly.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 50 gram Dried plum
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 30 gram Walnuts
- 30 gram Hard cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Mayo
Instructions
- Rinse the prunes well. Soak dry prunes in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Cut in half lengthwise. If there are seeds in the prunes, remove them.
- Lightly fry the nuts in a frying pan.
- Boil the eggs hard-boiled. We'll only need the yolks. Eggs, if possible, take rustic ones so that they have bright yellow yolks.
- I used a combine harvester for grinding. Using a grater attachment, grind the first yolks.
- Then I added nuts and crushed them too.
- Add grated cheese.
- Then season with mayonnaise and mix everything together.
- Stuff the prunes with the resulting mass.
- Place on a platter and serve. Enjoy your meal!
