Fish Pate from Pollock "Tender" Recipe
Fish pate with a very delicate and soft taste. And it is prepared... from Pollock! Yes, from simple Pollock and ordinary vegetables, you can make a delicious pate, which you can fill tartlets, stuff eggs or just spread slices of bread and serve for Breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Pollock
- 1 piece Onion
- 0,5 piece Carrot
- 1 clove Garlic half large or 1 small
- 40 gram Butter
- 10 pieces Green olives
- 3 twigs Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and clean the Pollock well. Cut into pieces and cook with the addition of Bay leaf and allspice. Cook from the moment of boiling for 10-15 minutes on a low heat. I did not weigh the Pollock carcass, the size is average. Cool and disassemble into pieces, choosing small bones.
- Peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic and grate the carrots.
- Dissolve the butter and fry the vegetables until soft. Don't fry it.
- Put the fried vegetables and pieces of boiled Pollock in a blender.
- Chop the Pollock and fried vegetables until pureed.
- Put the pate in a bowl and add the chopped olives and dill for piquancy. For juiciness, add pieces of soft butter. Taste it, add salt and pepper if necessary.
- Put the pate in a bowl and allow to cool and infuse in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Delicious fish pate is ready.
