Fish Soup with Broccoli Recipe
Excellent diet soup, very easy to prepare. It is suitable for those who follow a diet for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and pancreatitis. Broccoli goes well with fish, and it's very tasty. Use low-fat marine fish: pollock, cod, haddock.

Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, and the carrots into half rings.
- Pour 1.2 liters of water into a saucepan, add onions, carrots, potatoes and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. If desired, you can add a little salt and seasonings to your liking.
- Cut the fish into small pieces, put it in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. The onion can be removed from the pan, as it has already given off its flavor.
- Cut off the legs and tassels from the broccoli, divide into inflorescences. Add to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped dill, remove from the heat, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
