Ingredients
- 1 kg Caviar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 1 bunch Greens
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 4 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
Instructions
- Mix eggs and sour cream. Add salt, pepper (to taste) and a pinch of baking soda.
- Add the caviar and mix the herbs.
- Flour to the desired consistency.
- Fry as usual pancakes in vegetable oil.
