Instructions
- Prepare the dough for the pancakes. In a bowl, pour the flour. Add salt. Break the eggs. Gradually add 2 cups of milk. Maybe a little more.
- Knead a homogeneous dough so that there are no lumps. I do it with a mixer.
- It turns out such a liquid dough.
- Heat the pan well. Pour vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden color.
- While the first pancake is being fried, add vegetable oil to the dough. Mix well. At the same time, the pan is no longer greased with oil.
- Ready-made pancakes are covered with a lid, so that they do not have time to dry out.
- Prepare the filling for the pancakes. Put a pot of water on the fire. Add salt. After boiling, we throw the washed mushrooms. Cook over low heat at a low boil for about 10 minutes.
- Ready-made mushrooms are pulled out with a slotted spoon on a plate. In the same water, we put the hams. After boiling, cook until tender for about 1 hour on low heat.
- Cut the cooked mushrooms into small pieces.
- Chicken meat is separated from the bones. Also cut into small pieces.
- Peeled and washed onions are also finely chopped.
- In a frying pan, heat the butter.
- Fry the onion until golden brown.
- Then add the mushrooms and meat. Fry a little more.
- We form bags. Put a couple of tablespoons of filling on the pancake.
