Green Vegetable Salad Recipe
Like most vegetables, green radish contains fiber - the basis of a healthy diet. If this green vegetable is added to salads and other dishes, the saturation will be felt much longer. Broccoli is a low-calorie product and is therefore often used in dietary nutrition. The advantage of green peas is that it is a storehouse of easily digestible proteins. Cucumber is an integral part of everyday nutrition. I strongly advise you to prepare this green refreshing healthy salad!

Ingredients
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Radish
- 4 tablespoons Green peas
- 200 gram Broccoli
- The mixture of pepper
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
Instructions
- Blanch the broccoli, without defrosting, for 3 minutes in salted water.
- Grate cucumber and green radish on a grater for Korean carrots.
- Mix the prepared vegetables, add green peas, pepper mixture, then salt and finally olive oil.
- Mix the salad ingredients, serve better in a serving bowl and immediately to the table!
