Mix sour cream with spices and sauce. Finely chop the greens, tomatoes and green onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix it all together.
Cut the fish into three parts and fry a little on both sides. Parse the leeks into leaves and blanch a little. Drain the water, wait until it cools down, and lay them on top of each other to make three onion mats. Put a little filling in the middle of each. Put the fish on it and the stuffing again.
Carefully wrap in leeks and secure with a thread. Now you can put it in a bowl from the edge and quietly take it to a picnic.
Bake on the grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. Remove the thread.
