Grilled Peppers with Cheese Recipe
Pepper on coals with a very tasty filling is an excellent side dish for shish kebab. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised to open such a package with hot vegetables and cheese soaked in the aroma of smoke – unusual and very tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bulgarian peppers
- 1 teaspoon Onion red
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 150 gram Olives
- 200 gram Bryndza Cheese
- Basil
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Products.
- Finely chop the onion and zucchini. Cherry tomatoes and olives cut in half. Finely chop the basil, cut the cheese into cubes. Cut the pepper in half if it is medium-sized, or into three parts if large.
- Mix all the ingredients except pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and, if desired, lemon juice. Add soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper and mix.
- Put the resulting salad in sliced "boats" of pepper and wrap them in foil.
- Place on a hot grill.
- Bake over medium-hot coals for 10-15 minutes.
- It can be served directly in foil.
