Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Herring
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1/2 bunch Green Onion
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into slices.
- Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
- Cut the fillet from the herring and cut it into thin slices.
- Add finely chopped green onions.
- For dressing, mix mustard, oil and vinegar. Season the salad, mix and serve.
