Ingredients
Cupcake:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 95 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Cream:
- 1,5 glasses Cream
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
Impregnation:
- 150 ml Milk
Instructions
- Eggs, honey, sugar beat with a mixer until the mass increases three times.
- Add the flour and mix gently with a spatula until smooth.
- Spread the dough into shapes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Cottage cheese and powdered sugar to break the immersion blender. Whisk the cream. You can add dye. Add cottage cheese in parts and mix.
- Soak the cupcakes with milk, pour 1 tablespoon of milk on each cupcake.
- Apply the cream to the cupcake.
