Julienne "Tales of Neptune» Recipe
Many years ago, in a cafe on the beach, I tried this dish. I figured out the composition. And now I often cook it. This is one of our favorite dishes. Simple in execution and very tasty. Instead of the traditional chicken and mushrooms, I used....... Welcome, welcome.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Mussels
- 100 gram Shrimps
- 1 piece Tomato
- 6 tablespoons Sour cream
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Narsharab
- Seasoning
Instructions
- That's all we need.
- Mix mussels, shrimp, chopped tomatoes, spices, soy sauce and pomegranate sauce in a deep bowl. Spread with a spoon on the cocotnits (or muffin molds). The composition can be changed depending on your favorite seafood. It goes very well with a sea cocktail. But today I wanted mussels with shrimp.
- Add 1 teaspoon with a mound of sour cream and spread over the entire surface.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on each mold.
- Place in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. You can melt the cheese, but I like the cheese to be golden.
