Low-Calorie Chocolate Cupcakes in 1 Minute Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Oat flour
- 2 tablespoons Cacao powder
- 1 piece Egg
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 4 tablespoons Cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Dough baking powder
- Sugar powder
Instructions
- Grind the oat flakes into flour (I'm in a coffee grinder).
- Add cane sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
- Pour in the milk, butter and mix with the egg. Beat with a whisk until smooth.
- Fill the cookie molds (paper-I) with 2/3 of the dough. Put it in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
