Marshmallow in Chocolate Recipe

Marshmallow in Chocolate Recipe

In our family, one of the favorite treats is marshmallows in chocolate. I've tried several options, this one is the most successful. Marshmallows turned out to be very tender, not too sweet, light. I advise fans of this delicacy to try it!

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Heat the milk and dissolve the gelatin in it, cool it. Whisk the cream with powdered sugar to a peak.
  2. Fill the silicone mold with chocolate and stretch it on the sides. Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Whisk milk with gelatin and mix with cream, cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 7-10 minutes, but not until thickening. Put it in the already frozen chocolate molds, pour the chocolate on top and put it in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove the marshmallow, turning the mold over. Marshmallows turn out to be very tasty, tender and light! In the evening, of course, it is better not to abuse, and in the morning over a cup of tea or coffee is amazingly delicious!
  5. I left the chocolate souffle and molds to harden a little... made them big. It turned out even more beautiful!!!
