Mascarpone-Terrine of Herring and Apple Recipe
For lovers of herring and not so much. A delicate, creamy terrine for your pleasure. Apple gives a refreshing and light taste. You can cook and serve with a side dish, or you can eat it just like that.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Herring (fillet)
- 200 milliliters Yogurt
- 200 gram Mascarpone
- 150 milliliters Cream (30%)
- 6 pieces Gelatin
- 1 piece Apple
- 50 gram Dill
Instructions
- Cream, whipped until "solidification" Soak the gelatin in water.
- Finely chop the apple and herring. Finely chop the dill. Put the gelatin in the microwave at 600 watts for 50 seconds.
- Yogurt, Mascarpone, herring, dill, apple and cream mix gently.
- Put it in a mold and leave to harden. Enjoy your meal!
