Meat Bread with Millet and Paprika Recipe
What I love about meatloaf is the speed of cooking and its versatility. Hot as a main course, cold on a sandwich - it's delicious in all kinds! And every time you add new ingredients, you can get a new dish.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Minced meat pork + beef
- 70 gram Millet boiled
- 100 gram Processed cheese
- 50 gram Onion
- 50 gram Carrot
- 80 gram Bulgarian pepper red
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chopped onion and grated carrot fry in vegetable oil. Boil the millet in salted water. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
- Mix all this with minced meat, beat a raw egg into the minced meat.
- Season with soy sauce and pepper to taste, beat the minced meat well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- You can cook meat bread in one large form or in small portions. I chose the second option. Lubricate the molds with oil and distribute the minced meat over the molds, compacting it.
- Put the molds in the preheated oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees (focus on your oven). When baking meat bread, liquid may be released - this is normal. This liquid can be drained and used as a sauce for meat bread.
