Meat Salad Recipe
Light and delicious. Spicy and aromatic. Perfect for the barbecue!

Cook Time 30 minutes
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into strips.
Fry.
Place on a napkin.
Cut the onion into rings and fry.
Cut into 4 pieces (I like large).
Peel the pepper from the seeds and cut into strips.

Peel one orange, remove the seeds and finely chop.
Refill:
Squeeze the juice from the orange (about 2 tablespoons).
Add the lemon juice, vegetable oil and soy sauce.
Mix everything together.
Mix all the chopped ingredients.
Add peanuts and crackers.
Fill with the resulting sauce.
