Chops with Millet and Cheese Recipe
Full of chops. A very successful, inexpensive range of products within walking distance. Suitable for breakfast and as a dinner, and also suitable for lunch in the office. If you prepare wheat in advance, it will be ready in 15 minutes. Try to cook.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Millet
- 350 gram Water
- 350 gram Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 20 gram Herbs
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash the millet. Pour boiling water and cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes.
- Pour in the milk, add sugar, salt. Cook, stirring, until tender. Cold.
- Wash, dry and chop the greens.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add cheese, herbs and egg to the cooled porridge. Mix it.
- With wet hands, form the chops of the desired size (I got 8 pieces).
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the chops and fry on both sides until golden brown.
