Mongolian Beef Recipe
Tender Mongolian beef in sweet caramelized sauce.

Instructions
Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Cut the meat into strips half a centimeter thick, remove the main moisture with a napkin, add starch, roll it as in flour.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, lay out the meat and fry for a minute on each side until a crust forms, put it on a separate plate.
Clean the baking sheet from starch, but do not wash it.
Add a little oil and fry the garlic and ginger together for 15-20 seconds.
Add soy sauce, sugar, dissolve a little and add water.
Dilute 1 tablespoon of starch with 1 tablespoon of water and pour into a mold.
After boiling, add the meat to the sauce, simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat.
Add a beautiful green onion, it goes well with this wonderful sweet sauce.
