  1. As you can see, all simple products are usually found in any refrigerator... Of course, you can vary the filling, but I recommend that you try this option for the first time... The recipe is very simple, but when I first prepared this Breakfast, I got a little confused because of the large number of turns, I had to write a cheat sheet and keep it near the stove. But this is only the first time, the next times went like clockwork... So that novice cooks are not confused, at the end of the recipe I will reproduce it...
  2. First of all, put a non-stick frying pan on a small fire. Then separate the yolks from the whites and salt both bowls, stir with a fork or whisk until the salt dissolves, but do not beat. From half a tomato, cut two or three round pieces, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and smear it with a brush, pour a third of the protein, distribute it evenly, and wait for the protein to set. Then put half of the meat product on one half of the protein and cover with the second half of the protein. I like scrambled eggs and bacon, so I took a boiled and smoked brisket. You can take sausage, ham, and any remaining meat - all at Your discretion...
  4. After the protein is wrapped, pour half of the yolk on the empty part of the pan, wait for it to set and pour half of the cheese. Cover with half of the meat product.
  5. On the empty part of the pan, pour the second part of the yolk, after setting, spread the tomatoes and cover with half of the filling.
  6. On the empty part of the pan, pour half of the remaining protein, after setting, spread the remaining part of the meat filling and cover with half of the filling.
  7. On the empty part of the pan, pour the remaining protein, after setting, sprinkle with the remaining part of the cheese and cover with half of the filling.
  8. After all the flips, we see something like this picture. Cover the pan with a lid and keep on fire for a couple of minutes. Make sure that nothing is burned, otherwise a bummer will happen instead of a high!!!
  9. After all our manipulations, it turns out that such beauty and delicious... The number of servings is quite difficult to determine - everything is relative... For me, this amount of omelet is only enough to briefly "starve the worm", my wife is enough for two full meals, so be guided by the eaters and their metabolism... Cheat sheet: Protein pour 3 times Pour the yolk 2 times Meat product put 2 times Cheese put 2 times Put the tomato 1 time... 1) Protein, on the edge of the meat, cover 2) Yolk, cheese, cover 3) Yolk, tomato, cover 4) Protein, the meat, cover 5) Protein, cheese, cover Done... If this "spur" of mine will make it easier for someone to prepare this Breakfast, then I will be very, very happy...
  10. How nice it is just to Wake up and see something like this in your plate, the whole body wakes up with your eyes, you begin to experience a hitherto unknown morning, a slight feeling of hunger and hear a pleasant rumbling in your stomach...
  11. A light, unobtrusive fragrance awakens desire... Bon Appetit!!!
