Mushroom Saute with Zucchini Recipe
Zucchini does not have a pronounced taste, therefore, in the immediate vicinity of mushrooms, it is saturated with their aroma. This dish is good both hot and cold. When hot, it is perfect as a side dish for meat (fish) dishes or poultry. If desired, the dish can be served as a snack.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 300 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.7 teaspoons Salt
- 0.2 teaspoons Black pepper
- 1 twig Parsley
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion. Slice the carrots.
- Cut the zucchini into strips. Arrange the mushrooms in plates.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, add the carrots, zucchini - continue to fry for another five minutes, then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry for ten minutes.
- Ready.
