- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream

Instructions
- Pangasius should be prepared, washed very well, then cut into portions.
- Then, in a bowl, you need to add salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, you need to make a batter. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs, and add sour cream 3 tbsp. mix well.
- Then add the flour about 5 tbsp. l and bring the batter to a thickness.
