Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 gram Butter
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
For the filling:
- 3 pieces Egg white
- 110 gram Sugar
- 300 gram Black currant frozen
Instructions
- We prepare the dough. Add sugar, egg yolks, slaked soda and flour to the softened butter.
- Knead the dough and put it in a mold. Put it in the refrigerator.
- Whisk the whites and gradually add sugar.
- Add the black currant to the whites and spread over the dough. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
