Pork Salad Recipe
The combination of sweet pears, tender pork and bitter arugula make this salad a festive table decoration. I love these salads - light, healthy and with a whole range of flavors! I often do things like this, I change the ingredients depending on my mood.

Cook Time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Boiled pork
- 200 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1 pieces Pear
- 1 piece Red sweet pepper
- 100 gram Parmesan
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 50 gram Olive oil
- 50 gram Pesto
Instructions
- We will need: pork, arugula, pear, sweet pepper, parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Season the salad with olive oil and pesto sauce.
- A few words about meat. I cook pork at home and, just in case, I post a way to cook it. Peel the pork from fat, make incisions and rub with garlic.
- Sprinkle with seasoning for meat.
- Put it in a sleeve and put it in the oven for 1 hour.
- You get tender, juicy and healthy homemade meat.
- And now about the salad. Wash the arugula and put it in a salad bowl.
- Cut the pork into cubes.
- Add sweet red pepper to pork and arugula.
- Divide the pear into 2 parts, cut one into cubes, and leave the other for decoration.
- Add the grated parmesan. We fall asleep with pine nuts. Drizzle with olive oil and pesto sauce. Mix everything together.
- Decorate with slices of pear and call your loved one to the table!
