Ingredients
Base:
- 700 gram Pork
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Filling:
- 50 gram bacon
- 70 gram Hard cheese
- 3 teaspoons Mustard
Breading:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 gram Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Cut the pork flesh into slices and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Add a little salt and pepper.
- Brush one side with mustard.
- Put the bacon and cheese on top of the mustard.
- Roll on the long side.
- Roll in flour.
- Next, in the egg.
- And at the end in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on all sides until golden brown.
- Then transfer the resulting schnitzels to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Delicious, both hot and cold.
