Ingredients
Salad
- 5 pieces Potato
- 4 pieces Egg
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 10 pieces Radish
- 1 piece Celery root
- 1 piece Cucumber
- Salt to taste
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
Instructions
- Potatoes and eggs are boiled until ready, cut into small cubes. I used a steamer: cut the potatoes into cubes, and then "steamed" together with the egg-15 minutes-everything is ready. The main thing is not to forget to add salt.
- The egg was cut with a vegetable cutter.. very convenient!)
- Cut the green onion into rings.
- Radish cut into thin rings or semi-rings, depending on the size.
- Celery is also cut into thin slices.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- Mix and season the salad.
