Provencal Style Chicken with Potatoes Recipe
A simple and uncomplicated recipe for cooking chicken in Provence. This recipe is suitable both for a festive dinner and for home gatherings. The main secret here is also in spices and additives for chicken marinade, the dish has a piquant taste with a slight sourness and an incomparable aroma.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Chicken
- 600 gram Potato
- 1 piece Lemon zest
- 1/2 pieces Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Seasoning (Italian herbs)
- Allspice
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into portions.
- For the marinade, add lemon zest, mustard, lemon juice, herbs of Provence, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Chop the onion.
- Now it's the potatoes ' turn.
- Spread the potatoes and onions on a baking dish, add vegetable oil.
- Spread the chicken, put lemon slices for aesthetics and send them to the oven for 60 minutes (temperature 200 gr.)
