Pour boiling water over the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, put it in a colander and cut into pieces. You can cook it in a steamer.
Cut the fish into pieces, heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the fish on all sides, literally 1-2 minutes, and season with cream. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the dough into squares of 10 cm or 8 cm, depending on the size of your mold.
Put the dough into molds, pre-lubricate with oil and press your fingers against the walls so that the dough takes the form of baskets, as in the photo.
Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into very small cubes.
Put broccoli, garlic, fish on the dough in molds (2-3 pieces in a basket), add 1 tsp of the sauce in which the fish was fried to each basket, and sprinkle cheese on top.
The filling can be any. For example, mushrooms, chicken, ham.
Bake in a preheated 180* oven for 25-30 minutes.
It can be served hot or cold. Very tasty. I recommend it!
